These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Inkberry Nook Press, LLC ("Inkberry Nook Press," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at inkberrynook.com and any content, features, or services offered on it (the "Site"). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it.
